Our Story: Home Care Built on Purpose
In Home Wellcare (formerly A Homely Care LLC) was founded in 2023 by four partners who saw firsthand how Rhode Island families struggled to find reliable, compassionate in-home care. What started as a commitment to do better became a fully licensed, CHAP-accredited agency now serving families across all of Rhode Island.
We are a bilingual (English and Spanish) home care agency built on the belief that every person deserves to age with dignity, safety, and independence — in the comfort of their own home. We are approved by Rhode Island Medicaid (LTSS), Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (NHPRI), and UnitedHealthcare, making care accessible to most families at little to no cost.
