Build a Career That Matters

We are not just looking for caregivers. We are looking for people who believe that showing up, doing the right thing, and treating every client like family is not optional. It is the standard.

Why Caregivers Choose Us

Not every home care agency is the same. At In Home WellCare, we run a tight operation because our clients deserve nothing less. But we also take care of the people who take care of our clients.

Flexible Scheduling

Full-time, part-time, day, evening, and overnight shifts. We work with your life, not against it.

Competitive Pay

Competitive hourly rates. CNAs with Behavioral Health certificates earn premium pay.

Medical Benefits

Available after 90 days of employment within the annual enrollment period.

Bilingual Support

Our office operates in English and Spanish. You'll never feel lost in translation.

Real Training & Growth

In Home Wellcare Academy offers structured training beyond the minimum. Building a CNA Training School too.

Family-Owned Leadership

Our owners are in the building, on the phone, and in the field. You'll know your leadership by name.

Our Values Are Not Negotiable

At In Home Wellcare, we hire, train, evaluate, and promote based on our core values. These four words define who we are and how we operate. If these values do not resonate with you, this may not be the right fit. If they do, you will thrive here.

Professional:

We hold ourselves to the highest standards in everything we do — from caregiver training to family communication.

Ethical:

We do what's right, even when no one is watching. Compliance, transparency, and honesty guide every decision.

Reliable:

Families count on us to show up — on time, every time. Dependability is not a goal; it's our baseline.

Compassionate:

We care for people, not cases. Every client is someone's parent, grandparent, or loved one.

These are not words on a wall. They are the bar. We use them for hiring decisions, performance reviews, promotions, and accountability. Every team member is evaluated against these values using a clear framework: green means you are living it, yellow means there is room to grow, and red means we need to have a conversation.

We believe growth at the cost of culture is not growth. We would rather grow slowly with the right people than grow fast with the wrong ones.

This quiz is not a formal assessment. It is a way to see if our core values resonate with how you approach care, accountability, and doing the right thing.

What It Is Actually Like to Work Here

Culture is not a ping pong table or a pizza party. It is how people treat each other when things get hard.

We Communicate Directly

If something is wrong, you will hear about it. Not through gossip, not three weeks later. Directly, respectfully, and with the goal of making it better.

We Run on EOS

We use the Entrepreneurial Operating System to run our business. Structured meetings, clear goals, defined accountability. You will always know what is expected of you.

We Protect Each Other

Our caregivers are not disposable. When a client situation is difficult, we step in. When scheduling is tight, we find solutions. Nobody gets thrown under the bus.

We Are Bilingual From Top to Bottom

This is not a checkbox. Our leadership, coordinators, and caregivers operate in English and Spanish daily. If Spanish is your first language, you will feel at home here.

We Invest in Your Growth

In Home Wellcare Academy offers ongoing education in communication, cultural awareness, de-escalation, and clinical skills. We're also developing a CNA Training School.

We Hold Everyone to the Same Standard

Leadership included. Think like an owner, bring solutions not problems, follow through, strengthen documentation, and support cross-training.

"Growth at the cost of culture is not growth." That is not a slogan. It is how we make decisions about who we hire, who we promote, and how fast we scale. We would rather turn down a case than assign a caregiver who does not meet our standards.
