How long does it take to get a client started?
For Medicaid: 1–2 weeks after approval. For private pay: often 48–72 hours. We'll give you a realistic timeline.
How do you communicate updates?
We call/email you with progress updates, especially for post-discharge or complex cases. You set the communication frequency.
What information do you need from me?
Client name/initials, reason for referral, urgency, city, and best contact. That's it. We handle the rest.
Can I refer Medicare clients?
Medicare doesn't cover non-medical home care, but clients can pay privately. Call us to discuss.
Do you serve all of Rhode Island?
Yes. All 39 towns and cities in Rhode Island.
What if my client doesn't qualify?
We'll tell you honestly and discuss alternatives (private pay, other resources). We partner with you.
